What are the pillows made of?

Lightweight, premium open cell memory foam. All pillows come in a microlight, breathable liner that fits to the contours of each pillow.

What does the pillow feel like?

The advanced technology used in the development of our premium slow release memory foam optimises comfort and support allowing you to rejuvenate, recover or relax your body and mind.

Where are the pillows made?

Hyoumankind pillows are made in New Zealand.

What makes the design of Hyoumankind pillows so special?

Hyoumankind’s unique products are designed in tune with the human body and scientifically developed to help you make the most of your sleep time, rejuvenating your body and replenishing your mind. Our pillows have been ergonomically designed with a front contoured edge for optimal neck and shoulder support and a concave cradle that gently rests the head.

Our pillows and associated products are protected by registered intellectual property rights including registered trade marks.

Can I wash my pillow?

All Hyoumankind Pillows cannot be immersed in water, machine washed or dry cleaned. Use a well-wrung damp cloth to spot clean if necessary. Leave to dry in shade. Ensure pillow is dried thoroughly before use or storing. The pillowcases on all pillows can be removed and washed. Please refer to the product pages for specific details as they may vary depending on the type of fabric used. We recommend on all pillowcases during washing that the cover is turned inside out, and the zip left closed.

Shipping & returns

30 night risk free trial

Return your pillow within 30 nights and receive a full refund. Please email us at orders@hyoumankind.co.nz to arrange your refund. All we ask is that your pillow is returned in its original packaging at your own cost.

What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping on all orders over $200 in New Zealand and Australia.

How long does shipping take?

For New Zealand orders you should receive your order within 3 business days.

For Australian orders you should receive your order within 3-10 business days.

Rest of the world - on application, please email orders@hyoumankind.co.nz with the details of your order and preferred delivery address.

Please allow for additional shipping time for orders placed on weekends or public holidays.

My pillow has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear your Hyoumankind product has arrived damaged. Please email us at orders@hyoumankind.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of your pillow so we can start the process. All damaged products will need to be returned to Hyoumankind for assessment before a refund and/or replacement is supplied.

What happens to my returned pillow?

For hygiene purposes, any Hyoumankind pillows that are returned are recycled into carpet underlay.

Can I exchange my product?

As pillows, pillowcases and covers are for personal use, we cannot accept exchanges after use.

Does my pillow come with a warranty?

Our pillows are made in New Zealand to the highest standards and we stand by their premium quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your pillow, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Accessories

Can I use a standard size pillowcase with any of the pillows?

Due to the unique contoured design of our pillows we recommend purchasing our custom designed pillowcases to ensure the perfect fit.
