Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world we can. Our current shipping rates cover New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, Japan and China only. Should you wish to purchase Hyoumankind product from somewhere else in the world we ask you email us your request with the street address you wish us to ship to and we will come back to you with a confirmed quote for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Couriers can only deliver to street addresses as all Hyoumankind products require a signature upon delivery. Please do not supply a PO Box address.
What is the cost of shipping on HYOUMANKIND products?
For ease of purchase Hyoumankind has set standard tracked courier rates. We have chosen a reliable service due to the nature and value of our products. Should you wish to request a specific rate or arrange paid collection we would be happy to requote by emailing email@example.com
New Zealand NZ $7.50 (free for orders over $200)
Australia NZ $25 (free for orders over $200)
USA, Canda, Japan & China NZ $50
Rest of the world - on application please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and preferred delivery address and we will come back to you with a shipping quotation.
Where will my package be left?
Hyoumankind products are sent via a trackable method with signature required upon delivery. If for any reason you wish to have signature required removed from your order, please note this in the shipping instructions of your order. By requesting this service be removed, you are acknowledging that Hyoumankind is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders and that your order will not be covered by insurance.
When receiving a consignment that maybe torn open, badly crushed or damaged in some way please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage. Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
When can I expect my pillow to arrive?
Your delivery time frame depends on your location. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). Below is a guide based on standard courier timelines provided.
North Island: An additional 1-3 working days
South Island: An additional 3-5 working days
Australia: 3 to 10 working days
Rest of the world: We will confirm estimated delivery times when we confirm the shipping quotation.
For Christmas Deliveries 2022:
Please order before the below dates to ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will Include your tracking details. You can track your order by using the tracking number provided. Please note an email must be supplied by you at time of purchase. If for any reason you are unable to track your Item or provide an email address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens If my order has not been dispatched?
We know you want to receive your Hyoumankind product as soon as possible which Is why we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If your order Is placed before 2pm New Zealand time Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm New Zealand time will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend New Zealand time will begin to be processed on the following working day (Monday).
Public holidays, unforeseen weather and delays at destination customs clearance or processing may affect estimated delivery times. Please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Will I have to pay Taxes or Duties?
Inside New Zealand you will not Incur any duties or taxes however for orders travelling outside of New Zealand, please note that Hyoumankind will not be held responsible for any customs or duties charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country and Hyoumankind recommend that you contact your local customs office for further Information.
Any and all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Hyoumankind to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.
To comply with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of Items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even If the order Is placed with the Intention of sending to a gift recipient. Hyoumankind do offer Gift Vouchers which can be emailed to the recipient.
If you refuse a shipment due to the cost of customs duties and taxes, this amount will be deducted from your return upon arrival back In New Zealand. Any return shipping costs Incurred will also be deducted.
30-day trial/return policy
We really think you are going to love your new pillow! However sometimes our bodies take a little while to adjust to a new pillow or sleeping position, and for that reason we offer a 30 day trial period.
During this time, we suggest introducing your pillow gradually to give your body time adjust, however should you find your pillow unsuitable please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return for full refund. Product needs to be returned in good condition at the customers expense in the Hyoumankind packaging.

Is my parcel covered by Insurance?
All Items are Insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Hyoumankind to the shipping address. Once your Items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by Insurance.
