It is a new product smell, we recommend removing covers down to the liner and leaving to air.

Your neck should be placed on the front higher curved face of the pillow. The Back Sleep Pillow has a concave cradle for your head.

The Go Pillow supports both side and back sleeping positions.

Place pillow under the back of your knees and adjust for personal comfort.

Use the Boost Pillow anywhere your body needs comfort and support, legs, lumbar, side and back support. The Boost Pillow is not a pillow designed for head use.

All Hyoumankind Pillows cannot be immersed in water, machine washed or dry cleaned.

Use a well-wrung damp cloth to spot clean if necessary. Leave to dry in shade. Ensure pillow is dried thoroughly before use or storing.

The pillowcases on all pillows can be removed and washed. Please refer to the product pages for specific details as they may vary depending on the type of fabric used. We recommend on all pillowcases during washing that the cover is turned inside out, and the zip left closed.

For optimal memory foam performance do not store your pillow rolled.

Our pillows might not be suitable for all body types and we recommend that you consult a medical practitioner prior to, and/or if you experience any discomfort arising from the use of this pillow.

It is important you consult a medical practitioner prior to allowing children to use the pillows to ensure they are appropriate.

Due to the unique contoured design of our pillows we recommend purchasing our custom designed pillowcases to ensure the perfect fit.

Pillow should not be stored rolled.

Our pillows are made in New Zealand to the highest standards and we stand by their premium quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your pillow, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.

We are so sorry to hear your Hyoumankind product has arrived damaged. Please email us at hello@hyoumankind.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of your pillow so we can start the process. All damaged products will need to be returned to Hyoumankind for assessment before a refund and/or replacement is supplied.

Provided the pillow is in a condition which is suitable for reuse, Hyoumankind will donate your returned pillow to the less fortunate in our community to provide comfort and support.

As pillows, pillowcases and covers are for personal use, we cannot accept exchanges after use.

We accept all credit cards. For New Zealand customers we offer Afterpay and Laybuy

Hyoumankind is based In New Zealand, and this means everything online will be in New Zealand dollars unless a different currency is selected. Hyoumankind processes all orders in NZD or your chosen currency.

If you are purchasing from overseas and checkout using NZD the most current exchange rate via your credit card/bank will be used. Please refer to your credit card company or bank for further details.

All items sold by Hyoumankind are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible If the products you have ordered are not available. While we endeavour to hold reasonable stocks of our product range, sometimes in the event of large orders we may be out of stock of the Item you have requested. In the event this occurs we will advise you of a delivery time or offer you a refund on your product.
